The Non-Profit Limited Liability Partnership "Association of Emergency and Rescue Services of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in 2025.
The main activity of the Association in 2025, as in previous years, was to protect the interests of its members when interacting with government agencies, public and non-profit organizations, and to submit proposals for improving the regulatory framework in the field of industrial and fire safety.
Interaction with Association members
In October of this year, the Association took part in the annual extended meeting of the emergency and rescue services of LLP "RCH PMERS" and LLP ERS "Seriktes".

The Association carried out contacts with government, public and non-profit organizations through various communication channels:
In the "Expert Council on Private Entrepreneurship Issues under the MES RK", the Association analyzed regulatory legal acts governing the activities of emergency and rescue services and fire-fighting services. More than 40 orders of the MES RK were reviewed and agreed upon.
In February 2025, the Association's accreditation with the MES RK was extended for three years (MES RK Order No. 60 dated 21.02.2025).

The Association's website (www.kazspass.kz) is functioning, regularly reflecting the latest news and various information.
International cooperation
The Association continues to maintain contacts with the international holding company DEZEGA (Ukraine), a member of the Association and one of the world's largest developers and manufacturers of mining rescue equipment with a closed circuit.
Branches of the Association's members - LLP "RCH PMERS" and LLP ERS "Seriktes". use DEZEGA products, the main part of which is oxygen breathing apparatus, compressors, and testing devices.
The Association, together with the management of LLP "RCH PMERS", took part in negotiations with DEZEGA in October this year regarding the purchase of R-30A isolating respirators by the branches of LLP "RCH PMERS", which resulted in the signing of a corresponding supply contract.

Being a full member of the International Mining Rescue Organization - "IMRB", the Association previously participated in the discussion and formation of the basic articles of the organization's Charter, which was significantly updated at the recent "IMRB 2025" conference in Austria in September this year.
