«Print Express Publishing and Polygraph" prepares to print the third revised edition of the "Mine Rescuer Manual" (ISBN 9965-727-04-X) in two volumes written by Azhibekov S. and Kravchenko V.

The authors wanted to summarize the experience of mine rescue service accumulated over decades, to familiarize readers with the latest achievements in the field of organization and technical support of rescue units, with various methods and ways of elimination the underground accidents and other emergencies, to systematize a diverse list of issues studied by personnel of professional emergency and rescue (mine rescue) service.

In the first volume of «Mine Rescue Manual» it is presented the following materials: a brief terminological dictionary of mine rescuer, pages of history of development the mining and mine rescue, issues of organization and functioning in the Republic of Kazakhstan the State system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations (SSES), regulatory framework of mine rescue service organization of underground and surface mining, organization of professional emergency rescue (mine rescue) units in liquidation of accidents and rescue people in a stifling atmosphere, the mode of service and tactical training of mine rescuers.

The second volume of «Mine Rescue Manual» gives practical advice on the proper execution of search and rescue work in emergency situations, survival in emergencies, detailed material on the methods of first aid for victims and medical-psychological training of rescuers.

The two-volume «Mine Rescue Manual» is designed for rescuers and managerial staff of professional emergency services, employees of rescue teams of mines, pits, voluntary gas rescue squads metallurgical factories and gas hazardous production.

«Mine Rescue Manual» can be used by students of mining specialties of higher educational institutions and colleges in the course «Safety of mining operations and rescue», as well as listeners of training courses «Mine rescue».
