Summing up the results of the "Emergency Rescue Services Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan" LEA for the first half of 2021 year.

ЗFor the reporting period from January to June 2021 «Emergency Rescue Services Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan» LEA (hereinafter - the Association) has done some points on the implementation of the work plan for the current year.

Attracting new members of the Association
During this period, took a place work to attract new members of the Association and at the present time the Association unites in its membership:
the largest operators of the market of rescue and firefighting services in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
the world's leading manufacturers of rescue tools and equipment;
companies involved in the design and construction of various process modules and facilities in the mining industry;
experts with an extensive professional experience in the field of industrial safety.

Work in the Committees of the MES RK

During the work of the "Technical Council on Industrial Safety" under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - MES RK) our specialists, in close contact with employees of the Industrial Safety Committee of MES RK were very actively involved in the discussion and adjustment of regulations governing the activities of emergency rescue services and industrial safety issues in the approved Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection". The large amount of work done collectively has received positive feedback from the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Interaction with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and non-profit organizations

During the period, there was active correspondence with government and non-profit organizations:
with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken";
with the "Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises" and others.

International cooperation

The Association actively cooperates with various international organizations: DEZEGA (Ukraine), one of the world's largest developers and manufacturers of closed-circuit mine-rescue equipment;
Engineering Dobersek GmbH (Germany), which performs design and construction of various objects in the mining industry;
«Ecospas» Group and the National Association of Rescue and Environmental Organizations, NPCO (Russian Federation), uniting leading ecological and rescue organizations of Russia for the purpose of undertaking joint efforts aimed at effective protection of the environment from the negative impact of hazardous production facilities and other economic activities, carrying out professional rescue operations to prevent, localize and eliminate accidents and emergencies;
the International Mine Rescue Body (Canada), under auspices the IMRB- 2021 Conference will be held this September, will attract government officials, CEOs, CFOs, company directors, mine rescue team members, mining industry representatives and influencers from more than 24 countries on a virtual platform.
Acting Chairman of the Association - Kravchenko Vladimir will be one of the official participants and speaker at the international conference with a report representing the mine rescue service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Moreover, the Association has applied officially for membership in the International Mine Rescue Organization - IMRB.

Financing of the Association

The activities of the Association are carried out within the framework of the cooperation agreement concluded with the members of the Association, and its funding is on the entrance and annual membership fees. All members of the Association are included in the list members "with good reputation", i.e. they perform their duties in good faith, including the payment of membership fees.

Results

The fulfillment of the Association's plans will raise the level of interaction and cooperation within and outside the Association.
